>需於收到貨品後7天內(包括公眾假期)與我們聯絡
>商品必需保留完整狀態及包裝，並全新未著用、清洗。
> 由於大部份商品為限量發售，更換之貨品只限於更換相同型號的貨品
(在官方還有庫存下)
>客戶需承擔更換商品所產生的運費
(暫只接受以快遞/郵寄方式更換商品)
>於選購後，並不設退貨及退款

Exchange Policy
We kindly ask you to review the following terms before submitting an exchange request:
>Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including public holidays.
>All items must remain in pristine condition, with original packaging intact, and must be unworn and unwashed.
>As most of our products are released in limited quantities, exchanges can only be made for the same style and model, and are subject to stock availability at the time of request.
>Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. At present, exchanges are accepted via courier or postal service only.
>Returns and refunds are not offered after purchase. For full details, please refer to the “Shipping and Return Policy” section available on each product page.
