我們將提供商品更換及商品退貨服務 
(更換及商品退貨服務暫時只限於 香港 / 澳門 / 台灣 地區) 

請查閱以下的商品退換條款: 
> 需於收到商品後7天內(包括公眾假期)提交申請。
> 商品必需保留完整狀態及包裝,並全新未著用、清洗。
> 客戶需承擔更換或退回商品所產生的運費
(暫只接受以快遞方式退換商品)

#商品退貨流程: 
將以發放線上現金抵用券方式退回。
*現金抵用券可於官方網站以1:1金額使用。
( 將根據訂單中商品的實際金額(原價、折後)發放抵用券 )

#商品更換流程:
將商品寄回到指定地址,我們會盡快為你將更換的商品重新寄出。
> 假設更換的商品價格高於退回的商品,需補回差價。
> 由於大部份商品為限量發售,只接受更換官網還有庫存下的商品。

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer return and exchange services
(currently limited to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions only).

Please review our terms and conditions below:

> Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 7 days of receipt (including public holidays).
> Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, brand new, unworn, and unwashed.
> Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred during the return or exchange process.
(We currently only accept returns/exchanges via courier services.)
> Detailed Terms: For item-specific policies, please refer to the "Shipping and Return Policy" on each product page.

# Return Process
Refunds will be issued in the form of Online Credit Vouchers.
Vouchers can be used at a 1:1 value on our official website.
The voucher amount will be based on the actual price paid (original or discounted price) for the item in the order.

# Exchange Process
Once you ship the item back to our designated address, we will send out the replacement as soon as possible.
Price Difference: If the replacement item is priced higher than the original, the price difference must be paid.
Availability: As most items are limited editions, exchanges are subject to current website stock.
