1. 訂單運送查詢 :
你可以點按右上會員登入查閱訂單資訊,包括訂單編號、快遞運單編號等等。
(輸入電郵後系統將自動傳送登入密碼給你)
我們會在下單後2個工作天內將訂單寄出,並以電郵向您發送訂單詳細確認資訊。
訂單寄出後,您將會收到連同快遞運單編號的電郵。
假如找不到電郵,您可在電郵裡搜尋由 onlineservice@octogambol.com 發出的電郵。

2. 快遞追蹤訂單訊息顯示不能查閱 :
一般訂單寄出後於一個工作天後才會更新,如果您在1~2天後還是不能追蹤訂單,請填妥頁面底部的表格,讓我們進一步為您跟進。
3. 追蹤快遞時顯示"客戶提供的清關文件不齊全" 或 維持多日顯示"清關進行中"

請確認已進行實名認証及申報包裹相符,完成後請等待派送。

4. 收到的訂單中的商品不符/有問題 :

1. Order Shipping Inquiry
Accessing Order Details: Click the "Account" icon in the top-right corner to view your order information. Once you enter your email, the system will automatically send a login password to you.
Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. A confirmation email with your order details will be sent upon purchase.

2. Tracking Information Not Updating
Tracking information usually updates one business day after dispatch. If your order status does not update after 1–2 days, please fill out the form below so we can investigate the status for you.
